Body Doubling & Accountability
Get-It-Done Group Sessions
Get-It-Done sessions are facilitated body doubling sessions, where I help hold you accountable and cheer you on as you make progress! They're held online over Google Meet.
We open with a quick check in - name your emotion, your goal, and a small task you can complete in ~20 minutes. Then the group gets to work, but I'm available throughout in case you get stuck.
After a 20-25 minute work session, you come back to my cheers, take a 5 minute break, and get back to it. 1 hour sessions have 2 working sessions and 1.5 hour sessions have 3.
We close out with everyone naming their wins and celebrating themselves for showing up.

These are shame-free collaborative conversations focused entirely on you and your experiences. Before we start, we have a short free kickoff call to explore your ideal situation, what's getting in your way, and what you might need to get you there.
If you don't know what you want yet, we figure that out together by digging into your values and what actually energizes you.
Our work centers on teasing apart what is and isn't working, then building practical strategies and tools that help you make real progress. When something stops working, we just troubleshoot and adjust.
I offer personalized texting support to help you stay on track, and send post-session notes within 3 business days containing a summary of the session, your homework, and a focus for next session.

Both packages include a free kickoff call where we go over what you want to work on, followed by pre-session homework to set up our first session for success.
Just like single sessions, after each session I send post-session notes and offer personalized texting support. Assuming you don't continue, after our last session I send you a summary of the progress you've made and a skill cheat sheet to help you maintain momentum.
Note: if you become an ongoing client, you're welcome to buy multiple session packages over time to save on cost.

Pay what works for youThis option gives us the space to get some real work done, with multiple sessions to try different approaches and adjust what is and isn't working.
I especially recommend this if you're working on executive dysfunction, reaching for a big goal, or trying to shift a stubborn habit such as overwork or irregular sleep.

Community & Momentum
Group Coaching Sessions
Group coaching brings together a small cohort of 3–5 people, collaboratively working towards their goals in a shared space. Sessions run 60–90 minutes depending on group size.
Cohort structure
Sessions start with each person giving a check-in and receiving focused coaching, followed by facilitated group discussion to explore individual and shared themes. I help keep the conversation balanced and on track, and will occasionally recommend different tools.
Between sessions, I help the group maintain momentum by sending post-session notes (including light homework for each person) and a group chat for coaching check-ins and peer support.
After our last session, post-session notes will include a wins summary and a skills cheat sheet for the whole group.
Joining a cohort
Fill out the waitlist form to join an upcoming group. Once we have enough people, I'll send out a welcome email with a pre-session survey about your goals and what you're working through.
If any of that feels hard tackle, come to a free Get-It-Done session to work through either form. You can also opt-in to a heads-up text or call when the welcome email goes out, and daily reminders to work on the survey.

Personalized Texting Support
Texting support is included with all 1:1 coaching sessions and packages, where we design it together based on your goals!
I offer 1-2 personalized texts a day, designed entirely by you. Before we start, we have a short free kickoff call where I explain how it works, then you tell me exactly what you want: who texts who, when, what about, and how you want the other person to respond.
Some examples:
- ●I text you to ask what your next day looks like, remind you to go to the gym, or go to bed.
- ●You text me when you actually take that lunch break, or to tell me what you're doing instead of giving in to an unhelpful habit.
- ●If you'd like, I can include pictures of my dog for motivation!
We can message any way you like: text messages, voice messages, sending photos, or just emojis. We can message anywhere you like: text messages, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.
I do recommend that you respond to my messages as I've noticed it tends to have a bigger impact on my clients!
About sliding scale
I offer no-questions-asked sliding scale pricing for most of my services, intentionally making my work as accessible as I can.
I ask that you pay as much as you genuinely can and are willing to. Choose a price that doesn't cause guilt because it feels too low, or resentment because it feels too high. I set these price ranges for a reason, any amount within them is okay.
For example, if you're considering individual sessions and $50 is your honest limit, then please pay $50. If you can afford $100 but aren't willing to pay more than $85, then $85 is the right choice. If you can comfortably afford $100 and it wouldn't cause resentment, then please pay the full $100.
I do need to make a living, so if you're able to pay toward the higher end, it truly makes a difference in helping me keep prices accessible for others. But either way, I don't want cost to be the reason someone doesn't get support they need.
