Partner with me
I'm a neurodivergent- and disability-affirming life coach in the East Bay. If you work with folks who are struggling to get traction on the practical side of life, I might be a good fit for a referral relationship.
Who I work with
I work with adults who are struggling to get unstuck or maintain traction, and specialize in working with neurodivergent, disabled, and queer and trans folks.
A lot of my clients come to me alongside therapy, or after therapy has given them enough of a foundation that they're ready to focus on the practical stuff.
What I do (and don't do)
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. I help clients identify what's getting in the way of their goals, build practical strategies, and help them stay accountable.
I don't process trauma, provide clinical interventions, or work within any diagnostic framework. When a client's needs go beyond coaching scope, I actively support them in finding clinical care, including sliding scale and low-cost options.
Who I'm a good fit for
Your client might benefit from working with me if they're:
- ● Struggling with executive function, daily structure, or getting traction on their goals.
- ● Neurodivergent or exploring a diagnosis, though a diagnosis isn't required.
- ● Managing their mental health reasonably well but stuck on the practical side.
- ● Looking for accountability, strategies, and a shame-free space to figure things out.
Let's connect!
I'm building referral relationships with therapists, counselors, queer centers, disability orgs, and other providers in the East Bay and beyond. I'd love to make reciprocal referrals for clients who need support outside what I offer.
