Get unstuck. Build the life you actually want.
Shame-free coaching for executive dysfunction, figuring out what you want, and building a life that feels whole.
Who it's for
I work with folks who want more out of life but can't quite get traction, whether that's due to ADHD, overwhelm, not knowing where to start, or simply never having found an approach that works.
- ●You're not sure what you actually want, or you're still working it out
- ●You hold yourself to high standards but often fall short
- ●You know what you want but struggle to start or stay consistent
- ●Life feels scattered, making it difficult to balance work, health, and relationships
- ●Tools and strategies don't seem to work, or stop working unexpectedly
- ●You want support that actually meets you where you are
I welcome everyone to my practice, regardless of background or identity. I'm especially affirming of neurodivergent, disabled, and LGBTQ+ folks, and hold space for people of all races, backgrounds, faiths, body sizes, and immigration statuses, including ethically non-monogamous folks, veterans, people curious about or in recovery from substance use, and those with prior records.
You don't need more willpower.
You need something that works for you, with support to make it sustainable.

Frequently asked questions
Executive dysfunction is when your brain's ability to manage and follow through on tasks breaks down, even for things you actually want to do.
It affects skills like starting tasks, staying focused, managing time, staying organized, and switching between things. So something as simple as replying to a message, doing laundry, or paying a bill can feel overwhelming or impossible.
It isn't laziness. Laziness is having the ability to do something but choosing not to. Executive dysfunction is wanting to do something but being unable to make it happen.
It's common in folks with ADHD, autism, depression, and anxiety, but you don't need a diagnosis to experience it.
"Body doubling" is a form of external executive functioning, and is essentially just doing a task in the presence of another person. The body double doesn't need to be doing the same thing, or anything at all.
Just working alongside another person can help increase focus and productivity, by adding some social motivation, light social pressure, and a model of the behavior you want to practice.
It's especially helpful for folks with ADHD or executive dysfunction, and is the foundation of how Get-It-Done sessions work.
Life coaching is a collaborative, action-oriented process focused on where you are now and where you want to go. Together we work on getting clear on your goals, identifying what's getting in your way, and building strategies to move forward.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on processing past experiences and mental health conditions, coaching is forward-focused. Sessions are structured around setting goals, building actionable plans, and having someone in your corner to help you follow through.
Coaching and therapy aren't mutually exclusive, and many people find they work well together.
No, life coaching is not covered by insurance. If cost is a concern, I offer sliding scale pricing across all of my services, and am happy to work with you to find something that fits your budget.
Nope! You don't need a diagnosis, a referral, or any prior experience with coaching. If you're struggling to get traction on your goals and want support, you're in the right place.
I work with everyone, and am especially experienced in working with neurodivergent, disabled, and LGBTQ+ folks.
